Context
TruHu, an HR solutions startup, needed a senior designer to bring consistency to their ad hoc design approach and elevate their brand to a more competitive level. Through a highly collaborative live and digital whiteboarding process, we rapidly iterated on concepts, often within a single day. Status: Launched 2024, still in use.
The most impactful outcome was a persona-driven homepage and contact page, built to deliver more relevant, conversion-oriented experiences.
It replaced TruHu's ad hoc pages as the company's main entry point.

Takeaways
What I learned:
Live collaboration is key.
Real-time collaboration, through live and digital whiteboarding, enabled faster decision-making, reduced feedback loops, and kept stakeholders aligned throughout the design process.
Figma is your friend.
Leveraging Figma as a centralized design environment streamlined collaboration, iteration, and handoff, ensuring consistency and transparency across the team.
Guidelines enable scalability.
Establishing a clear style guide and brand guidelines created a foundation for consistency, allowing the team to produce cohesive, high-quality assets efficiently as the product scaled.
